  3. JRB (Sarah Goodrum): JRB and Honor Council are co-sponsoring a carnival type event Wednesday April 16th from 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. in Palmieri Plaza.  Several UMW administrators have been invited including Acting President Hurley, Dean Rucker, Dean Chirico, Chief Snipes, Philip Stamper, etc. for dunk tank or pie throwing events.  Come check it out.

  5. LAC (Mary Wagoner): LAC will host a mayoral debate on Monday April 21st at 7:00 p.m. in Jepson 100.  Dr. Farnsworth will be moderating.  I will be traveling to Richmond this Saturday again to meet with Virginia 21.
  6. AAC (Kate LeBoeuf): ABSENT.  Proxy (Colin Turner): Just, FYI I go by Colin.  If someone could fix my name on the website, that would be great.  AAC has a couple more projects before the year ends.  We are going to respond to the Senate motion regarding academic holds and also tend to an issue affecting graduating seniors.  We may be reorganizing students into groups of academic major.
  7. CSA (Eline Mul): ABSENT.  Proxy: We are going to buy food tomorrow for the last breakfast schedule for Friday April 11th from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.  There will be a lot of food, come on out!
  8. ARH (Larisa Mount): We picked our award winners for the Banquet on Sunday April 20th.  Nominations for next year’s hall council are Tuesday April 15th at 8:30 p.m. in Monroe 201.  Also, ARH has reported 200 hamburger patties as missing to school authorities.  It seems we have a Hamburglar on our hands.
  9. Executive Coordinator (Kasey Walker): Transition Ceremony is Sunday April 13th at 12:00 p.m.  Attendance is constitutionally mandatory.  Dress is semi-formal, meaning guys must wear slacks & tie (jacket optional) and girls, you know what to do.  Please arrive at the Great Hall by 11:30 a.m.  If anyone has any questions, please let me know.  Also, let me know if anyone in your respective organizations cannot make the event.
  10. Press Secretary (Sean O’Brien): Blue and Grey Day went well.  It was great to see everyone there.  I’m looking forward to working with all of you next year.  We attended our Finance Committee meeting and it went pretty well.
  11. Treasurer (Jason Philpott): ABSENT.  Proxy (Stephen Pierce): No report.
  12. Technology Coordinator (Sarah Bosworth): ABSENT.  Proxy (Kelly Wuyscik): Sarah didn’t give me a report. I’ve been transitioned.
  13. Secretary (Christina Giaimo): For those of you who are leaving, thank you for your hard work, you’ve done a good job…from what I could tell.  (Just kidding) Have a great week!
  14. Executive Cabinet DUCC (Anthony DiRenzo): First, I just want to start off by saying it has been a pleasure serving on SGA this year.  I would like to quote Tempa Klinegores in saying “Heaven forbid the mostly-white interests of the SGA and Student Senate are tainted with the inclusion of historically marginalized individuals.”  I feel the DUCC is making progress in the right direction.  Also, transition is going well, I think we’re almost done.  I think I’m ready to pass the torch on to Natalie.
  15. Parliamentarian (Ashley Davis): “Wait.  What about me.  ICA is under me.”  I have Roberts Rules and my gavel for Joe.
  16. ICA Representative (Kennard Smith): ABSENT.  Proxy (Caitlin Varley): We have a couple of clubs we need to approve.  We went to Finance Committee and we’re buying paint markers for campus club use.
